pylibtiff_0.5.1-5_source.changes ACCEPTED into unstable

FTBFS on armel:

I've giveback the package to retry it, hopefully on a different buildd 
with more resources. But you should consider ignoring test failures or 
skipping heavy tests on resource constrained architectures like armel.
