OK, I've checked in your wrapper script and hardlinked the other
binaries to it.

We might need to think about $SGE_ROOT/$SGE_CELL/$COMMON/act_qmaster
though, will we ship a symlink to /etc/gridengine/act_qmaster (we can't
provide that one, though), or should we really change the clients to
also look in /etc/gridengine/ for it?  At least qmaster doesn't seem to
unlink and truncate it on startup, so the symlink should stay around.
Hrm, seems like it wants to write to it on startup, though. Having it
664 and gid sgeadmin might work I guess.
