I stumble upon a related configuration problem.

What do I have to do if I want to change bootstrap options?

admin_user sgeadmin
default_domain none
ignore_fqdn false
spooling_method berkeleydb
spooling_lib libspoolb
spooling_params /var/spool/gridengine/spooldb
binary_path /usr/sbin
qmaster_spool_dir /var/spool/gridengine/qmaster
security_mode none
listener_threads 2
worker_threads 2
scheduler_threads 1

man sge_bootstrap says:
"bootstrap contains parameters that are needed for the startup of
Sun Grid Engine components. It is cre‐
ated during the sge_qmaster installation. Modifying bootstrap
in a running system is not supported."

Do I have to create a private gridengine package if I want to use a
different configuration or is there an easier way?

Thanks
Dominique
