Subject: grub: Error 17 after hiding linux partition
Package: grub
Version: 0.93+cvs20031021-8
Severity: normal

I have 4 partitions (linux/ext3 on 4th). I use partition 1 for testing
windows 2000 (which I hide the other partitions). partition 2 and 3 are
other windows partitions.

I had grub setup to hide partitions 2, 3 and 4 when booting partition 1.
That worked. Atleast until I rebooted. I got Error 17 when I rebooted. A
simple change of partition 4 back to 83 fixed the problem.

Seems grub cares about the partition type.
