I confirm this bug on my amd64 host, with grub 0.97-13. Several other
control characters aren't working as they're supposed to: C-a, C-b, C-k,
C-i (TAB, as previously reported). Also when I run grub from bash, it
doesn't clear the screen and start at the top of the screen as usual.

I'm unable to test C-k and DEL, since I would have to back up (using C-a
or C-b) first to test them.

C-h and C-u do work as they're supposed to.

I have the same problem with various TERMS, including xterm, vt100, and
screen.

I installed the i386 build of grub in my i386 chroot, and all control
characters and the initial screen clearing work normally there.

Andrew.
