Bug#120125: lock oler kernels

If you install two kernel packages, you get:

  title           Debian GNU/Linux, kernel 2.6.8-3-k7
  root            (hd0,0)
  [...]

  title           Debian GNU/Linux, kernel 2.6.8-3-k7 (recovery mode)
  lock
  root            (hd0,0)
  [...]

  title           Debian GNU/Linux, kernel 2.6.8-2-k7
  root            (hd0,0)
  [...]

  title           Debian GNU/Linux, kernel 2.6.8-2-k7 (recovery mode)
  lock
  root            (hd0,0)
  [...]

I think the proposal is such that the third option (2.6.8-2-k7) is
also locked.
