Feature freeze ?

Hi!

I think we should declare GRUB legacy as feature frozen and stop all new feature
requests (even debian-specific features), since these just make it harder to
stabilise for the release, and encourage to work on these features for grub2
instead (which is hopefuly going to be in the release as well).

I'd like to:

  - Tag all wishlist bugs as wontfix, and ask them to work on GRUB 2 instead.

  - Add a reportbug script to prevent users from filing new wishlist bugs on
    GRUB legacy.

Any concerns with that?
