Hi there,
I seem to have similar problem opened as bug #477175.

Can you send the output of "pvs" command to the bug report?

I suspect that you have an LVM "PV" that is not yet assigned to an LV.
The output of "pvs", "vgs", and "lvs"  commands might help debug it.


If we do find these are related I will merge the bugs.
