Really?  No?  I have production servers in a remote facility.  The
configuration is such that if none of the guests come up, the machines
are not reachable over the network.  This sort of a configuration change
seems the sort of thing that could cause problems.

Do you say 'no' to Thomas writing a RC bug report because this is
clearly documented in the release notes somewhere?  I checked the
release notes and couldn't find anything about this.  Did I miss
something?
