Bug#565576: grub2 does not boot macbookpro5.3 in efi mode

I followed instructions from
http://grub.enbug.org/TestingOnMacbook

with these commands:

menuentry "Linux" {
  search /vmlinuz
    linux /vmlinuz root=/dev/sda3 video=efifb

but grub2 hangs with

[Linux-bzImage, setup=0x3000, size=0x2af250]

Booting however

No output == hang after Booting however ...
