Bug#567637: [MERGE] Fix the fix of disk read offset computation

Hi Grub developers.

During the last upgrade of the grub-pc package I made my system unbootable
due to the bug reported here: http://bugs.debian.org/567637

I tried to fix that problem, see attached patch.
