Bug#585561: grub2: 05_debian_theme should use dash, not bash

Package: grub2
Version: 1.98
Severity: important

debian/grub.d/05_debian_theme specifies /bin/bash.

This can cause an issue on installs without bash.

Running checkbashisms reveals that it is rather trivial to convert the script to be dash-compliant, so let's just do that.
