Bug#610593: Cannot find a GRUB drive on package upgrade

Package: grub-pc
Version: 1.98+20100804-13
Severity: important
Tags: squeeze

Grub failed to upgrade itself from 1.98+20100804-11 to
1.98+20100804-13 on my system, saying it cannot find the GRUB device.
The drive (hd15) /dev/disk/by-id/ata-ST3160815AS_9RXF5MBB should
match the partition that Grub is looking for (/dev/sdao1).
There are 41 drives connected to this system, with one MD RAID array
running over 19 disks and 1 spare.

Regards,
Emmanuel
