Its not possible to complain and use the bug report prgm because it fails 
during installation

Failed GRUB install:

Dear Sir,

Debain testing AMD 64 iso-dvd (build date 4th of July 2011, time 07:06, weekly build,
3 998 007 296 bytes,  debian-testing-amd64-DVD-1.iso
MD5: 45e007217735e138bde46174adf10700  ) fails to install 
correctly because GRUB PC boot loader package fails to install correctly.

I guess the description is something like: "Cannot unpack grub pc package".
Its at the ende of a full  installation on an empty harddrive

This bug has been there for at least 4 weeks, the last four weekly builds.
DVD disk is without any defects.

LILO boot loader package also fails to install correctly,
hence the system installation cannot boot without boot loader and is unusable,
and a wasteof time.

Please correct this bug as soon as possible,
