Hello Arthur,<br> Was kernel 2.6.36-rc4 installed first on the machine? Was a clean install? I do not think there is functionality in grub to figure out which kernel should come first down to that level of release. It might be able to find out which one is newer for example between 2.6.36 and 2.6.37. I think there would need to be hard coding in grub to make it tell the difference between these 2 low level releases. <br>
