I have tried to build package on mipsel <br>

with change that  Colin Watson has suggested <font size="2">(</font><font face="Tahoma" size="2">"-R .MIPS.abiflags"</font><font size="2">).</font><br>

<br>

With that change package does build successfully on mipsel.<br>

Patch resolving this issue is attached.<br>
