Bug#330954: gstreamer0.8-cdparanoia: gstcdparanoia does not notice the end of the disc when playing a CD

I've been having problems with gnome-cd since some time now; when it
plays a disc to its end it will not bring the play button back (the
pause one is kept) and if I try to change the track or click any
command gnome-cd blocks with some futex weirdness.

I tracked it to being a problem on the cdparanoia gst plugin: it does
not detect that the cd came to an end correctly. The attached patch
fixes the problem for me, but I'm unsure if it would cause the final
sectors to not be played.
