Bug#387712: istanbul: Istanbul does not start

No, as you can see here, the dependency are in place and the gst
module is found and loaded.

However it can't be initialized, but that isn't istanbul fault:

> RuntimeError: can't initialize module gst: no error given

Do you have other python-gst based applications? Do they works?

Anyway I'm now redirecting this bug to gst maintainers, who know the
framework better than me.
