Bug#415572: Doesn't support chained oggs

Hi,
this bug is now fixed upstream, the new playbin2 element supports
chained ogg files now. We'll get it with the next upstream release but
this also needs fixes in applications to use playbin2 instead of
playbin.

Adding support for this in playbin in a backward compatible way seems to
be more or less impossible.
