Addition of Arnaud Quette to pkg-gstreamer for Media Center stuff

        Hi folks,

 Arnaud Quette made it clear that he was very motivated to work on Elisa
 (and its dependency: Pigment) probably in a role to close to "main
 maintainer".  I have added him to pkg-gstreamer and he'll begin work on
 these packages soonish.
