Could you try to run the file with:

gst-launch-0.10 playbin uri=file:///path/to/file

and paste that output here?

Also

GST_DEBUG=5 gst-launch-0.10 playbin uri=file:///path/to/file &> log
and attaching the created log file here (bzipped or something) would
be helpful.
