Gstreamer0.10 for Etch

Hi There,


I'm looking into what building debs is all about and garnome is my first
since it's going to offer the neccessary educational experience as well.

Currently i'm stuck with Garnome 2.18 on Etch. These are my questions
i'd like to have answered. 

The cdparanoia plugin is missing. 

How can i fix,patch,supply this plugin ? In which of the parts does it
belong. What's holding it ?
