Dear maintainer,

I've prepared an NMU for elisa (versioned as 0.3.5-3.1) and uploaded it
to DELAYED/2, according to devref §5.11.1. The patch changes the CDBS
hook at which register cleanup of upstream files and namespace package
registration; also, the patch ensures that the cleanup is not executed
more than once.
