Bug#640862: gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg: uninstallable on unstable

Hi,

libavcodec binaries have moved from libavcodec52 to libavcodec53, but
gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg has an hardcoded dependency on libavcodec52. Since
libavcodec52 was removed from unstable and testing, gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg
is now uninstallable.

I could build and install the package here with the attached patch. I
am willing do an NMU if needed.
