    Recommend module virtual package in shared library package
    
    Recommend the (ABI versioned) virtual package which will be provided by
    the hardware support modules which are not yet uploaded. A metapackage
    depending on all hardware modules will be recommended as the first
    alternative in the future, after some hardware modules are in the
    archive and the metapackage is created for those.
