the reason was that I wanted to avoid having to go through NEW. We have
a lot of packages with a haskell-blubb-doc name as well...

the diff looks fine. In fact, the code there in debian/rules was copied
from haskell-devscripts, I guess you can copy from there again, to keep
it in sync.
