Good question.  Patch the file and forward the issue upstream?

I'm not in a position to issue one (unless we all are), as I'm not
involved with any autobuilders; I simply compare new binary packages
that show up on amd64 vs. i386 and report any necessary bugs.  (In
particular, this issue blocks haskell-yesod-auth from building.)
