[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Bug#667816: Charset written in a wrong way, when generating texinfo-file

Package: pandoc
Severity: important

When pandoc creates texinfo-file, it starts like this:

---- Clip here ----
\input texinfo
@documentencoding utf-8
---- Clip here ----

That causes bug #646914:

---- Clip here ----

Well, notice that you use:

| @documentencoding utf-8

but the Texinfo manual says to use:

| @documentencoding UTF-8

---- Clip here ----
