[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Bug#655752: very unclear how to configure hackage username and password

Hi Joey,

I just checked with cabal-install 0.14, and it only generates one pair
of username/password entries. I did not test the upload feature (as I
don’t have anything to upload right now), but maybe you can test if it
works as expected with your next upload.
