[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Bug#663240: libghc-gnutls-dev: please depend on libgnutls-dev

Builds of haskell-network-protocol-xmpp in minimal environments are
failing, AFAICT because libghc-gnutls-dev and libghc-xml-sax-dev
(which will get a separate report) lack dependencies on the
corresponding C development packages:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lxml2
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgnutls
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgnutls-extra

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgnutls
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [install/libghc-network-protocol-xmpp-dev] Error 1

Could you please make libghc-gnutls-dev depend on libgnutls-dev to
allow for such usage?
