[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Bug#664449: libghc-criterion-dev: template files not included in the package, HTML reports don't work

Criterion expects template files in /usr/share/criterion-0.6.0.1/templates/,
but these are not provided, hence HTML reports cannot be generated. Placing
report.tpl in current directory helps somewhat, but the includes in it don't
work anyway.
