Builds of haskell-active in minimal environments (such as on the
autobuilders) have been failing:

  Configuring active-0.1.0.1...
  hlibrary.setup: At least the following dependencies are missing:
  QuickCheck >=2.4.2 && <2.5
  make: *** [dist-ghc] Error 1

Could you please declare build dependencies on libghc-quickcheck2-*
and verify with pbuilder or the like that no others are missing?
