During a rebuild of all Debian packages in a clean sid chroot (using cowbuilder
and pbuilder) the build failed with the following error.

The full build log is attached; I do vaguely remember a note about ongoing work
on hoogle on debian-haskell at l.d.o, but please do let me know if this turns out
to be unreproducible, in which case I will investigate further.
