[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Bug#747089: ghc: FTBFS on ppc64: TOC overflow

ghc_7.8.20140411-1 and ghc_7.8.20140411-2 failed to build 
because of TOC overflow.

On the other hand, gcc of PowerPC64 isn't limited to 64k now.
So, I think that "-optc-mminimal-toc" option is not needed,
and I try to build ghc_7.8.20140411-2 without "-optc-mminimal-toc" option and succeeded it.
