[pkg-horde] Make pkg-horde web page sexy

Hi,

I listen our new DPL: make Debian sexy again!

Then I see actual pkg-horde web page:

And I try to write a new web page, with an OSWD[*] design.
Here is the result:

Do you think I can set this page online instead of actual page?
