[pkg-horde] Intent to build/test new Horde packages

Hi,

Some Horde packages have new upstream release:

- horde3: 3.1.3-5 -> 3.1.4-1
- ingo1: 1.1.2-1 -> 1.1.3-1
- kronolith2: 2.1.4-1 -> 2.1.5-1
- nag2: 2.1.2-1 -> 2.1.3-1
- turba2: 2.1.3-1 -> 2.1.4-1

I intent to build and test all this packages this week-end
to be ready for uploading them.
