Bug#421971: [pkg-horde] Ingo update

Hi,

I create a wishlist bug for that.

Ingo 1.1.3 will be probably uploaded soon in Debian unstable.
For Debian etch and sarge, we will see if a security update is
needed but Horde bug 3343 is not a security bug IMHO.
