The newest version in stable, but not the newest.

You will need to update dpkg to >= 1.17.5 first.
Then install ckeditor3 from here:
http://pkg-horde.alioth.debian.org/temp/ckeditor3_3.6.1-1_all.deb
then php-horde-editor
https://packages.debian.org/experimental/all/php-horde-editor/download
On my side, I will add Pre-Depends: dpkg (>= 1.17.5) in php-horde-editor.
