[pkg-horde] Bug#813712: missing AllowOverride in php-horde.conf

It seems that the new .htaccess in /usr/share/horde/ need a change in

/etc/apache2/conf-available/php-horde.conf

that should be:

AllowOverride Limit FileInfo AuthConfig

otherwise you get a

/usr/share/horde/.htaccess: Require not allowed here


BTW webmail-install worked like a charm with new pg patch
