[Pkg-hpijs-devel] Bug#467117: non-us locale not working with hplip 3.9.4b

for me hp-toolbox and hp-setup are not working with my default locale. Starting program 
with "LC_ALL=C hp-toolbox" my printer is found and everything working.
Using my normal locale de_DE.iso885915 at euro hp-toolbox shows a message box saying 
"No Installed HP devices found". hp-setup finds my printer (hp:/net/hp_color...) but fails 
during "add printer" with "Printer queue setup failed. Please restart CUPS and try again"
