[Pkg-ia32-libs-maintainers] Bug#536756: ia32-apt-get: it would be nice to still have ia32-libs

it would be nice to still have ia32-libs. lots of packages from external repositories depends on it (like picasa from google). maybe it would be possible to still have it as a transitional meta package.
