[Pkg-ia32-libs-maintainers] Bug#536526: ia32-apt-get: package installable with aptitude

Since the gtk library is perfectly installable with ia32-aptitude there
is something clearly broken in ia32-apt-get.

Or perhaps it is relevant that I tried to install the -dev package
instead of the plain lib package which would be different kind of
breakage.
