Sorry. It is a mistake.

I thought the new version has fix this problem, but I am totally wrong.
The memory leaking happens in libogg-1.1.3. ogg_stream_pagein() which is
called by send_ogg() executes _os_body_expand() steadly when the input
is a theora stream.
