Lucas Nussbaum has rebuilt the whole archive on i386 and your package FTBFS if
built twice in a row with the following error:

rm -f libtool
rm -f TAGS ID GTAGS GRTAGS GSYMS GPATH tags
make[2]: Leaving directory `/build/user/libshout-2.2.2'
make[1]: *** [distclean-recursive] Error 1

make: [makefile-clean] Error 2 (ignored)
rm -f debian/stamp-makefile-build
rm -f debian/stamp-autotools-files
rm -f debian/stamp-buildinfo
Scanning upstream source for new/changed copyright notices...
(the debian/ subdir is _not_ examined - do that manually!)
find . -type f -not -regex '\./debian/.*' -not -regex '.*/config\.\(guess\|sub\|rpath\)' -exec cat '{}' ';' \
| egrep --text -rih '(copyright|\(c\) ).*[0-9]{4}' \
| sed -e 's/^[[:space:]*#]*//' -e 's/[[:space:]]*$//' \
| LC_ALL=C sort -u \
> debian/copyright_newhints
if [ ! -f debian/copyright_hints ]; then touch debian/copyright_hints; fi
diff --normal debian/copyright_hints debian/copyright_newhints | egrep '^>'
> Copyright (C) 2006 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
New or changed copyright notices discovered! Do this:
1) Search source for each of the above lines ('grep -r' is your friend)
2) Update debian/copyright as needed
3) Replace debian/copyright_hints with debian/copyright_newhints

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on about 50 AMD64 nodes
of the Grid'5000 platform, using a clean chroot containing a sid i386
environment. Internet was not accessible from the build systems. All
packages have been rebuilt twice in a row, with unpack, build, clean,
build.
Please read the mail of Martin Zobel-Helas on debian-devel [0], for a explanation
for this mass bug filling.
