Yes.  Go ahead.  His mane is there because I packaged using /debian data
from Ming's scim-chinese.

I do not get what you mean.  Please update any contents as you think
fit.  It is your package. 

If you have some dependency, add it in conmtrol.  If some package
modification of upstrean is done, mention it.  If you fixed my
packaging, I think it nis best to upload my version first and
immediately upload new version with newer version -2 like I did with
scim itself after important bug report.  That way, people downloaded my
version will sure to upgrade to your version.
