The SVN for pkg-ime is accessible by you and me.  I can add this to SVN
but I need to read manual of SVN.  It looks like I can export one SVN to
another.

I have intensive business tour for next 20 days.  So do not count for me
to finish this transition.

I am thinking since Ming has not added anyone yet to pkg-scim, we should
start using pkg-ime since this has not only CVS but also working SVN.
