First, I never set good default terminals for Chinese environment in
m17n-env.  I just did not know. I only did it for Japanese kterm.
Please tell me followings by adding to this table:

  C                  xterm

  *.UTF-8            uxterm
  ja_JP.EUC-JP       kterm
  ko_KR.EUC-KR       ???
  ???                ???

If this fits into above table, yes.  But mltern/gnome-terminal-emulator
etc seems to require non xterm compatible commandline option or behavior
modification methos which makes script to be a bit challenging.

Please.  Just use dpatch method as used in others.  It is much easier
