Good. How about other locales for chinese?

If you read README.Debian, ~/.Xresources is one to edit. Uncomment
lines.

It is basically how to manage -p1 patch to source tree. Quite simple.
See more in manpage.
I reorganized m17n-env so it is not going to present editor backup files
etc. Please check it for me whoever have time.
(Since Debian upload did notn happen, I changed some configuration file
names. Sorry but not to critical.)
