Hi,

As suggested in my debian-devel post, I have made upload area accessible
by anyone.  Get it with APT line:

deb http://people.debian.org/~osamu/package/ ./
deb-src http://people.debian.org/~osamu/package/ ./

OK here is progress.

Since you had a version compilable, I made packages after adding me as
uploader and setting version to -1
