Hahaha, I copied from old test tree.  
automaken means autobuilder will install random version.

I actually use:

Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 4.0.0), libglib2.0-dev, libgtk2.0-dev, scim-dev (>= 1.0.1), libchewing1-dev (>= 0.2.4), libtool, autoconf, automake1.9, g++ (>= 3.3.5)
